Luni is developed and maintained by Apps That Care OÜ. Your privacy is taken seriously. Luni is designed so that your mood journal stays on your device and under your control.
Data Collection and Storage
Luni stores your journal on your device. This includes mood entries, notes, tags (for example emotions, weather, sleep, food, or people), photos you choose to attach, reminders, theme and language settings, and achievements.
This information is stored locally on your device. Luni does not upload your journal entries, notes, or photos to our servers, and we do not use cloud sync for your journal.
If you delete the app, locally stored journal data is removed with it, unless your device otherwise keeps app data.
Photos
If you choose to add a photo to a mood entry, Luni asks for access to your photo library. Photos are used only to attach an image to that entry — for example, a picture from a walk or a meal to remember what influenced how you felt that day.
Selected photos are copied into Luni’s local storage on your device. We do not upload them to our servers, and we do not use them for advertising.
Notifications
If you turn on a daily reminder, Luni uses local notifications on your device to remind you to log your mood at the time you choose. Reminder settings stay on your device.
Accounts and Login
Luni does not require account creation, email registration, or login. You can use the app after installing it.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Luni is offered as a subscription app. Access is available through a yearly subscription, which includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel according to Apple or Google rules.
Payments, trials, renewals, and refunds are processed by Apple or Google, as applicable. Apps That Care OÜ does not collect or store your payment card details.
Third-Party Services
Luni does not use advertising networks.
We use a small number of service providers to operate the app:
- Apple App Store and Google Play. Process purchases, subscriptions, trials, and (where applicable) restore purchases.
- RevenueCat. Helps us manage subscription and trial status (for example, whether your trial or subscription is active). RevenueCat does not receive your journal entries, notes, or photos.
- Sentry. Helps us detect crashes and technical errors so we can keep the app stable. This may include device and diagnostic information related to the error. Sentry is not used to read your journal content.
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies, only as needed to provide their services.
Children’s Privacy
Luni does not require an account and does not collect journal data on our servers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is intended as a personal mood journal, not as a medical service.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, in the app. Continued use of Luni after an update means you accept the revised policy.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Luni on your device for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Health Disclaimer
Luni is a mood tracking and journaling tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. Always seek qualified medical advice for health-related concerns.
User Content
Journal entries, notes, tags, and photos you add are stored locally on your device. Apps That Care OÜ does not have access to this content. You are responsible for the content you store in the app.
Subscription and Trial
Luni is available through a yearly subscription. New subscribers are offered a 3-day free trial of the yearly plan. There is no separate free-entry limit.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends (or as required by Apple or Google), the yearly subscription begins and renews automatically at the price shown in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.
Price, trial length, billing period, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms, depending on where you subscribed. Manage or cancel a subscription, including during the trial, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Limitation of Liability
Luni is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Apps That Care OÜ is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of locally stored data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence say otherwise.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Luni after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
