Why am I not getting reminder notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled for PillPing: open your device Settings → Notifications → PillPing, and allow alerts. In the app, Profile → "Reminder notifications" shows the current status and can take you to Settings.

Is my data stored online or shared with third parties?

No. All your data is stored locally on your device only. PillPing does not use cloud sync, does not upload your data, and does not share information with third parties.

What is included in the free version and what requires a subscription?

The free version allows up to 2 reminders to try the app. A premium subscription unlocks unlimited entries, unlimited elimination tests, and full access to insights and statistics.
